RS232 / TTL 5V and 3.3V converter

Converter RS232 to TTL  MAX3232 5V and 3.3V

Allows to add an RS232 port to a microcontroller
Allows connects to devices like
router wrt54g / Fonera / lite-on player / receiver / HDD etc ... that does not have serial RS232 Original Release.

The MAX3232 is more versatile than its cousin the Max232
It supports either a power supply and logic levels of 5V or 3.3V
This small circuit is 2.54mm format and can easily implement on a test plate
